Delivery Terms

Most of our jewels are ready to ship.
If you choose an item that requires a particular engraving (and for which we may need to contact you for clarification), it may take three or four days.
If you choose an item from “Made-to-order products” section, it will be made according to your customizations and taking the time it needs to be “tailored” for you.

In general, each product has its own specific delivery term and condition, displayed in his own tech-board.
Please, check it for every object you have choosen.
We almost always manage to meet all the deadlines indicated. However, there are many unpredictable reasons – beyond our control, which may cause slight delays.


We regularly deliver through private trustworthy courier.

Thanks for specifying in the “order notes” (check-out page) whether there are special conditions for receipt: timetables, concierge or people who are not  the order holder. In any case, the courier needs the phone number of the recipient.


We use to send about three emails with every shipping update; you will receive the first one with the shipping tracking number, as soon as the parcel leaves our shop in Milan.

The easier way to pick up goods  in our Milan shop is to mention your online order code, by the time of your kind visit. (In this case, select the option “Local Pickup” in the Check-out page)


Costs of shipping are specified in the checkout page.

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;  Maschio srl has no control over these charges, nor can Maschio srl predict what they may be.
